The front of the sign features custom raised acrylic lettering for a dimensional, high-end look. Smaller details such as dates, subtitles, event messages, and supporting text are UV printed directly onto the acrylic for a clean, flat printed finish. This creates the perfect mix of glossy acrylic detailing and crisp printed text.

How to Order

1. Upload the photo you would like featured on your sign.

2. Select your preferred sign size.

3. Choose your acrylic lettering color.

4. Enter the names, date, and event message you would like included.

5. Review and approve your digital proof before production begins.

Photo Requirements

For the best print quality, please upload a high-resolution image that meets the following guidelines:

Recommended resolution: 300 DPI at the final print size.

Minimum recommended file size: 2 MB or larger.

Accepted file types: JPEG or PDF.

Best photo options: professional photos, high-resolution camera images, or clear original phone photos.

Please avoid screenshots, blurry images, heavily filtered photos, cropped social media downloads, Facebook or Instagram saves, and low-resolution images.

Your photo should look clear when zoomed in. If the image appears pixelated, grainy, blurry, dark, or stretched on your screen, it may print that way on the final acrylic sign.

For best results, please upload the original photo file directly from your photographer, phone, or camera instead of a compressed image from social media. No screenshots.

Design Details

Large names, main words, or featured phrases are created with raised acrylic lettering on the front of the sign.

Smaller wording such as dates, subtitles, and event messages are UV printed directly onto the acrylic. These details are flat printed and are not raised acrylic.

Your selected acrylic lettering color will apply to the raised acrylic details only. Printed text colors will be designed to coordinate with your selected design style and proof.

Proof Approval

A digital proof is required before production begins. Please review your proof carefully for spelling, names, dates, layout, photo placement, and color selections.

Production will not begin until your proof is approved. Delays in proof approval may delay your order processing time.

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photo quality, and the nature of custom printing. Acrylic lettering and UV printed details may appear slightly different in person depending on lighting and reflections.

All large backdrops and props will be scored and folded for shipping and ease of transport and storage. JYS does not offer flat shipping.
