Agreement to Terms

By using this website or placing an order with JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylic Signs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all store policies, including our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Contact Information Policy, and Legal Notice.

Custom Products

All products sold by JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylic Signs are custom-made or made-to-order based on the product, size, material, artwork, colors, wording, layout, and details selected or provided by the customer.

Because our products are custom in nature, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and production has started. Store credit may be issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting payment. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Product type

• Size

• Quantity

• Material

• Spelling

• Names

• Dates

• Colors

• Uploaded artwork

• Design notes

• Shipping address

• Contact information

JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylic Signs is not responsible for customer-submitted errors, including spelling mistakes, incorrect sizes, incorrect colors, low-quality artwork, wrong file uploads, missing details, or incorrect shipping information.

Proof Approval

Custom orders may require a proof before production begins. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving their proof.

Production does not begin until the required proof has been approved. A delay in responding to a proof, approving a proof, or providing requested information will delay order processing, production, and shipping.

Once a proof is approved, the customer accepts responsibility for the design, spelling, layout, sizing, and details shown on the proof. Changes may not be possible after approval or once production has started.

Artwork & File Responsibility

Customers are responsible for submitting high-quality, print-ready artwork when required. Files should be submitted in the correct format, size, and resolution needed for production.

JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylic Signs is not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution images, blurry artwork, incorrect file types, non-vector artwork, pixelated graphics, Canva limitations, incorrect sizing, or files that are not production-ready.

By uploading artwork, the customer confirms that they have the legal right to use the artwork, logos, images, trademarks, names, and any other content submitted for production. The customer agrees that JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylic Signs is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or ownership disputes related to customer-submitted artwork.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change at any time without notice. Prices may vary based on size, material, quantity, customization, production requirements, and shipping options.

Payment must be received before an order is processed. Orders will not move into production until payment has been completed and all required details, artwork, and proof approvals have been received.

JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylic Signs reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders, update product information, or adjust listings when necessary.

Processing & Production

Processing time begins after payment is received, all required information has been submitted, and any required proof has been approved.

Orders received before 10:00 AM CST are considered received the same business day. Orders received after 10:00 AM CST are considered received the next business day.

Processing times may vary based on product type, order size, material availability, proof approval, artwork quality, customer response time, and current production schedule. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping time begins once an order has been completed, packaged, and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Large graphics, backdrops, signs, and oversized printed pieces may be scored and folded for shipping. Score lines and fold lines are part of the production and shipping method for oversized items.

Once an order is accepted by the shipping carrier, JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylic Signs is not responsible for carrier delays, damaged packages, lost packages, missed delivery dates, or packages marked as delivered.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has started.

Cancellations are not guaranteed. If an order has already moved into proofing, design, production, printing, cutting, packaging, or shipping, cancellation may not be possible.

Store credit may be issued at the discretion of JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylic Signs and is not guaranteed.

Product Colors & Materials

Colors may vary between digital screens, proofs, and printed products. Screen brightness, monitor settings, file types, materials, lighting, and print processes can affect the final appearance of colors.

Material thickness, finish, texture, and appearance may vary slightly based on product type, supplier availability, and production method. These variations do not qualify for refunds, returns, or remakes.

Installation & Product Use

JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylic Signs does not provide installation services unless clearly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for safely handling, installing, displaying, transporting, and storing all products after delivery. We are not responsible for damage, injuries, installation issues, surface damage, weather damage, product failure, or event setup issues caused by improper handling, improper installation, improper storage, weather exposure, or third-party installation.

Website Use

Customers agree not to misuse this website, interfere with website functionality, attempt unauthorized access, copy website content, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

All website content, including product photos, descriptions, graphics, branding, designs, and written content, belongs to JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylic Signs unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylic Signs cannot be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, products, services, or shipped items.

This includes, but is not limited to, event delays, missed deadlines, carrier delays, lost packages, damaged shipments, customer-submitted errors, approved proof errors, installation issues, improper product use, color variations, score lines, fold lines, or circumstances outside of our direct control.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to hold harmless JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylic Signs, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, disputes, fees, or expenses related to your use of our website, your submitted artwork, your order, your event, your installation, or your use of our products.
