Return & Refund Policy

At JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylics, every order is made custom based on the size, material, artwork, design details, and specifications selected at checkout. Because our products are custom-made and produced specifically for each customer, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has started. We also do not offer refunds due to the custom nature of our products.

Custom Order Policy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting payment, including but not limited to:

• Product type

• Size

• Quantity

• Material

• Spelling

• Colors

• Uploaded artwork

• Design details

• Shipping information

Once an order is submitted, it is processed according to the details provided. JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylics is not responsible for customer-submitted errors, including typos, incorrect sizing, low-quality artwork, incorrect file uploads, or changes requested after production has begun.

Store Credit

In some cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion. Store credit is not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to past orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and order details.

After review, we may offer a replacement, correction, or store credit depending on the situation. Refunds will not be issued.

Shipping Issues

JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylics is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier issues, lost packages marked as delivered, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Final Sale Agreement

By placing an order with JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylics, you acknowledge and agree that your order is custom-made, final sale, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
