Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

At JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylic Signs, every order is custom-made and carefully packaged for shipment. We ship custom backdrops, acrylic signs, event signage, decals, props, and related products based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Processing Time

Processing time begins after your order is placed, payment is received, all required artwork or order details have been submitted, and any required proof has been approved.

Orders received before 10:00 AM CST are considered received the same business day. Orders received after 10:00 AM CST are considered received the next business day.

Because our products are custom-made, processing times may vary based on the item, order size, material, artwork, proof approval, and current production schedule. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Custom Orders & Proof Approval

Custom orders may require a proof before production begins. Proofs must be reviewed and approved by the customer before the order can move into production.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proof details, including spelling, colors, layout, sizing, names, dates, artwork placement, and any other custom details.

A delay in responding to or approving a proof will delay the order from processing and may also delay the final ship date. JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylic Signs is not responsible for production or shipping delays caused by delayed proof approval, delayed customer responses, incomplete information, or requested changes after proofing has started.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins once your order has been completed, packaged, and handed over to the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylic Signs.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, including delays caused by weather, holidays, high shipping volume, incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Large Graphics, Backdrops & Folded Items

To safely and efficiently ship large graphics, backdrops, signs, and oversized printed pieces, some items may be scored and folded for shipping.

Scoring and folding allows large-format pieces to fit within shipping size limits and helps reduce the risk of damage during transit. Fold lines are part of the production and shipping method for oversized items and should be expected when ordering large backdrops, panels, and graphics.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and size details before placing an order. If you need an item produced or shipped without scoring or folding, please contact us before ordering to confirm whether that option is available.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylic Signs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order.

Carrier Delays, Damage & Lost Packages

Once an order has been picked up or accepted by the shipping carrier, JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylic Signs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or packages marked as delivered.

Shipping carriers are responsible for the package once it leaves our facility. If your package is delayed, lost, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered but not received, you will need to contact the carrier directly for assistance or to file a claim.

We are happy to provide available tracking details or order information needed for a carrier claim when requested.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and product immediately. Keep all packaging materials, as the carrier may require them for a damage claim.

Damage caused during shipping is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylic Signs does not issue refunds for carrier-related damage, delays, or lost packages.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking after your package has been picked up.

Final Shipping Agreement

By placing an order with JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylic Signs, you acknowledge and agree that processing does not begin until all required information and proof approvals are received, orders received after 10:00 AM CST are considered received the next business day, large items may be scored and folded for shipping, shipping timelines are estimates, and JYS Custom Backdrops & Acrylic Signs is not responsible for carrier delays, carrier damage, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered.
