This custom oversized welcome sign features your names, date, personalized message, and two favorite photos, creating a beautiful focal point for your event's reception area. Professionally printed on your choice of foam board each sign is designed to make a memorable first impression as guests arrive.
This sign is printed as a two-panel display and arrives scored and folded for shipping. This construction method allows for safe transit, easy transportation, and simple event setup. Designed, printed, and shipped from our Houston print studio—never outsourced overseas or other vendors.
IMPORTANT POLICIES:
PROOFS - Up to three proofs are included in the purchase price. Additional proofs will require a $10 fee each.
Photo Requirements - For the best print quality, we recommend photos with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI at the size they will be printed. High-resolution original images produce the sharpest and most professional results.
Please do not submit:
• Screenshots
• Photos of printed photographs
• Social media downloads
• Heavily cropped images
• Blurry, pixelated, or low-resolution files
JYS prints the files provided by the customer and cannot improve poor-quality images. If low-resolution artwork or photos are submitted, the final printed product may appear blurry, pixelated, or less sharp than expected. Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be issued due to image quality issues resulting from customer-provided files.
CUSTOM ORDERS & RETURNS
All signs are custom-made to order and printed specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
Please review all spelling, dates, photos, and personalization details carefully before approving your proof. JYS Party Decor is not responsible for customer-provided errors that have been approved for production.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Production and shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We strongly recommend ordering well in advance of your event and allowing a minimum 2–3 business day buffer between your estimated delivery date and your event date.
CARRIER DELAYS
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. JYS is not responsible for shipping delays, weather delays, carrier disruptions, missed delivery attempts, or packages delayed in transit.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for inspecting their package upon delivery. If damage occurs during transit, claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. While we will assist customers with the claims process when possible, JYS is not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers during transit.
